REFUND POLICY

VELO strives to provide quality-assured and good performance products. If you are caught in some problems when using our products, please contact our support staff for help. Returned items must be in original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Lost or stolen products

Non quality-related issues

Free products

Repairs through 3rd parties

Purchases from unauthorized resellers

Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls,extreme temperatures,water, operating devices improperly)
REFUNDS
Processed refunds are completed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc.) For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees, including return fees. 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank.
