Warranty Policy

VELO luggage is covered by a 5-year warranty from the date of the purchase. For the warranty to be valid, you must provide the purchase platform and order number. The warranty can be applied to the products manufactured by VELO, purchased directly from veloluggage.com or from authorized retailers.

The warranty does not extend to cover the following:

  • Cosmetic Damage: This includes scratches, dents, dings, scuffs, stains, color changes, normal wear and tear (including inner fabric), or any other non-functional alterations in the appearance of the product resulting from routine handling and use by any party.
  • Airline Mishandling Damage: Damages incurred as a result of mishandling by airlines.
  • Damage due to Misuse: This involves damages caused by misuse, such as the transportation of unusual items, accidents, exposure to high temperatures, solvents, acids, and water.
  • Intentional Abuse, Modification, Tampering, and/or Alteration: Damages determined by us to be a result of intentional abuse, modification, tampering, or alteration beyond what could be considered normal handling and use.

How to Make A Warranty Claim

If you wish to make a warranty claim, please contact us at support@veloluggage.com and our customer service team will advise you of the process involved in making a claim. When submitting a claim, please have the order number of your product ready and the original proof of purchase, showing the date of purchase and all details of the product.

*Any claim under the Limited Warranty is subject to you notifying us of the alleged defect within a reasonable time of it coming to your attention and, in any case, by no later than the expiry of the Warranty Period.
