Warranty Policy

VELO luggage is rigorously tested to ensure it meets stringent standards. Consequently, if a problem occurs with the "VELO 3-in-1 Expandable Hardside Luggage" and the problem is caused by manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, VELO will, at its discretion, either fix or replace the Product in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions stated herein. This warranty is valid for a period of three years from the date of purchase and applies to products manufactured by VELO, purchased directly from veloluggage.com. The warranty can be applied only if you provide proof of purchase, including the purchase platform and order number.

Covered Issues:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Includes defects in material and workmanship that affect the functionality of the product.

Exclusions:

  • Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, dings, scuffs, stains, color changes, normal wear and tear (including inner fabric), or any other non-functional alterations in the appearance of the product resulting from routine handling and use.
  • Airline Mishandling Damage: Damages incurred as a result of mishandling by airlines.
  • Damage Due to Misuse: Includes damages caused by misuse, such as the transportation of unusual items, accidents, exposure to high temperatures, solvents, acids, and water.
  • Intentional Abuse, Modification, Tampering, and/or Alteration: Damages determined by VELO to be a result of intentional abuse, modification, tampering, or alteration beyond what could be considered normal handling and use.

 

This warranty applies only to the “original purchaser.”
The “original purchaser” is the person who first purchases the product from VELO or an authorized reseller. In the case of a gift, the gift recipient is regarded as the original purchaser. The warranty is valid for one year from the date on which the original purchaser receives the product.
To request warranty service, please contact our customer service team by email and include your proof of purchase.

Scope of warranty service:

If a component of the luggage is damaged, we will provide replacement parts together with installation instructions (in written or video form).
If the damage is severe and the suitcase needs to be replaced in its entirety, we will provide a replacement unit.
For any shipping costs incurred during the repair or replacement process, we will cover the shipping if the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect. If the damage results from external factors (such as improper use or mishandling during transportation), the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

 

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

If you wish to make a warranty claim, please contact us at support@veloluggage.com. Our customer service team will advise you of the process involved in making a claim. When submitting a claim, please have the order number of your product ready and the original proof of purchase, showing the date of purchase and all details of the product.

Any claim under the Limited Warranty is subject to you notifying us of the alleged defect within a reasonable time of it coming to your attention and, in any case, no later than the expiry of the Warranty Period.

 

 

 

Legal Rights:

This warranty is intended to give you specific legal rights. In addition to the rights described herein, you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or country to country with respect to the exclusion or application of implied warranties, incidental and consequential damages, and repair and replacement. Consequently, the limitations or exclusions specifically contained in this warranty may not be applicable to you.
